We worked with Scot Rossillo early on in Williamsburg and actually helped SAVE his first Bagel store there. He thought it was a good joke to mock the Starbucks with his initial signage not realizing that he offended the whole neighborhood. Fortunately, we were able to fix the problem with a single advertisment. It turned him and his bagel store from the most hated to most loved new business in a week.
Scot Rosillo is also the man who invented the phenomal Rainbow Bagel fad which has forever changed the landscape of not only Brooklyn but bagels across the country (maybe even the world).
